PSP Console not Detected by Kai

Is your network reachable? Not Yet ~ But sometimes It is reachable
Are you using a port-forward? No
Is your console being detected? No
Brief description of your network setup:MS Loopback adapter AdhoctoUSB
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? I don't use a firewall.
Operating System? WindowsXP
Problem description? Console is not detected and sometimes network is unreachable

Do you have a router? If so, you'll need to port forward. In XLink Kai's configuration, disable "Follow PSP SSID" and try.

Still .my psp console is not detected . my network is reachable. i have also set up a static IP for portforwarding purposes. but when I used the port tester, i got an error. Here are the pics. Thanks.

I also try using PSDK instead of Winpcap and also try Not selecting the "Follow SSID" and still it doesn't work Sad
