I'm trying to use xlink kai for my psp and I'mwondering what it is specifically meant to do. Am I able to play a game online with others that don't use Xlink Kai, or only those with it?

For example, can I play Socom Fire Team Bravo 3 or Mod Nation Racers with everyone that bought the game and is playing online regularly, or just those that are using Xlink Kai?

From what I understand, you can only play online with the Xlink Kai community. So no, you can't play with everyone who bought the game. Just those who play it on Kai.
