I live close to the TX Montreal orbit and I am connecting to the Katsushika 2 orbit, does anyone know why?

also, when I connect from desktop I connect to Tx Arizona but from laptop I connect to Katsushika!!!!! WTF, both are connected to router with cable and I was connecting to TX Montreal in the passed and would get no issue like, can't see players in arena.
Why is this happening? Why do they connect to different orbits?

Moderators, pls look into to this cause it makes no sense and I know that there are threads about this subject that are locked and you mention that there are only a few users affected but I see a lot of users having the same problem!
Why are my two pc's that are connected by cable to the same router connecting to different orbits??? An answer to this would be greatly appreciated!
