Is your network reachable? Not Yet
Are you using a router? Yes
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? Yes
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? Yes
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? When i click the globe, all the text (where it says if its reachable) is cut off of view. how do i fix that?
What console are you using? psp
Is your console being detected? it was, but then i tampered with my configuration on xlink and i think i screwed it up
Brief description of your network setup: i dont understand this question
Model numbers of the router, and modem? Router is Netgear WRG614v7 and my modem is a At&T Westell ProLine F90 blah blah blah
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? i have the basic firewall that windows 7 comes with, does that count?
Operating System? windows 7
Problem description? Dont know how to fix "Network Reachable: Not yet" problem

Your netgear router supports Upnp enable it, its under the advanced options of your router. I do believe that your Proline modem needs to be port forwarded too try this guide here i guess the blah blah blah after F90 is 6100--> http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Westell/Westell6100/Xlink_Kai.htm
Have you checked if the port is open ?--> http://www.pcwintech.com/simple-port-tester Just in case post your kai config to see if something is missing or set wrong.

ProLine F90-610025-06 is what i have. and i just checked some forums about it, because the tutorial you linked was not for the modem i had, and i found out that the modem i have is not allowed to port forward D:

No you have to ask your ISP to get another model or buy one yourself thats is able to port forward.
