PLEASE HELP BEEN TRYING FOR FEW ON PS2

im new to this i been trying to get into xlink i made my name, downloaded the 7.4 change my compabilaty on both boxes changed the ip address,netmask,and default router # on my Ps2 and tried the kais interface and dont show the arena or any on the top highlighted or picking me up i see also something about changing the stactic ports to 30000 i dont know how to do that need help please been trying for 3days already and i cant figure it out SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP
