PC Getting an unknown error when sign into Xlink kai xbox360

Is your network reachable? YES
Are you using a router? YES
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? i have enable upnp and i don't know
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? dont know
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? yes
What console are you using? Xbox 360
Is your console being detected? yes
Brief description of your network setup: I have Connected My PC to Xbox 360 by LAN and my PC to Internet by a Wireless USB
Model numbers of the router, and modem? MOTOROLA cpei35775
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? No, i didnt use any software for the firewall and havent made any changes
Operating System? Windows 7
Problem description? When i try to sign in to xlink kai on my Xbox 360 my PC get an unknown message Look for the image

Have you set in your kai config under default profiles the profile to "seperate use engine pc" ? I dont know what error you are talking about all i can see in your pic is kai engine and a red marking around it in the left down corner. Could you describe the error you get in a more detailed way ?

when i sign in the error occurs when I retry to sign in it said no xlink engine found on network and no i have not set to ''separated use - PC'' ALL i know I have told you
