localhost won't load

hi all,
had an xlink running with no problem before,
installed a new system recently,
but when installed and try to open the UI or Config menu,
i get a loading on 127.0.0.1:34522,
i got a netgear router everything is configured there perfectly,
the services,ports upnp (from last time) yet i still can access this damn localhost page,

disable the avast anti-virus,no go...
disabled windows 7 firewall,no go...
(there is exception of course)

anyone got a clue?
i'm scratching my brains out.

os: win 7 x64
router: netgear vvg2000

btw,did all the geekunistaller,ccleaner things...nada
i just can't go to http://127.0.0.1:34522/config.htm

It's not you. There's a problem with communication on the new server. We are working in it. Keep restarting Kai and you'll eventually get on. May take quite a few tries.
