So,when I went to the Japanese Server to play MHP3rd (apparently that's the only active server), even though I can understand Japanese (to a degree), I couldn't understand what any of them were talking about since what showed up on the pings(pings, right?) was just some random gibberish. If I go to the English server, I can read easily, however, whenever I try Japan, a mumble jumble of random characters and text is all I can read.

Is it just a problem with my computer language settings? If so, how can I fix it?
I really want to communicate with others. Surprised
