Is your network reachable? YES

Are you using a port-forward? YES UDP & TCP 30000-35000

Is your console being detected? YES (PS2 but really ps3 slim)

Brief description of your network setup;
PS3 hard wired to router with easy set up settings, PC is hardwired to same router, (Belkin N wireless router F5D8236-4 v3000) also have pc set to static ip

Do you use a software firewall?
YES

What brand?AVG Have you made any changes to it? YES, allowed permissions

Operating System? Windows XP Pro SP3

Problem description? '..
was working fine(ps3 would get DNS error) and could see games all day.
i would start kai wait to be reachable then boot ps3 up, i would always test internet on ps3 before loading game(so it would be detected) and get DNS error wich is fine.
Today i passed both inter and ip settings and cant see any games.
i have uninstalled kai and reinstalled after cleaning registry have gone back to dhcp setting on pc. have made the ps3 ip static as well(took working settings and entered them manually) everything is the way it was
i have even reset to factory settings and re set up everything on router.

i dont understand???? soo nect will be reset my modem and try again.
i am running the latest kai engine

OK so it looks like everything is set up right, could you post a screenshot of the top part of your Kai Metrics?

Also, try changing the Network Adapter in your Kai Config to see if that makes a difference. Did you enable ICS for your PS2?

If all that fails, you could try this set-up: http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=43559

It basically means you connect your PS2 directly to your p/c via ethernet. This way worked no problems for me (where all other set-ups failed).

At work now. Its a ps3. I dont have a wireless nic card for pc.
Pc is hard wired to router. Ps3 is also hardwired to router. Havent had time to reset modem. That the last thing i can think of.
Wanted to hook up to the TX Arizona server so i edited my shortcut so it would i connect everytime. This was while it was working.
When i get home def. Post a screenshot for you.
Thanx for your time.

Use a port checker to see if your ports are open correctly, and

For PS3 set-up with an ethernet cable:
