Alright so after following this guide http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39586 I got stuck at the part with the bridge where it will not no matter how many times I try it will not detect my psp heres the picture:
I just don't understand why it won't detect it everything is working right
if I could get an answer to this it would be great.
FYI:I have Windows 7 64bit and a psp 2000

Have you installed the 64bit version of the psp type b driver ? Circumventing Driver Signature Enforcement might help to make your installed driver work--> http://www.ngohq.com/?page=dseo

yes I did install the 64bit version and after I signed it on the website you gave me this happened when I tryed to open Bridge.exe:

Signed on the website ??? You just need to download and install the program.
Have you installed Winpcap ? Have you set packet capture engine to winpcap in the kai config ? Google for PSPdisp 0.6 an just install the psp type b driver, it should work with 64 bit versions.
