Is your network reachable? Yes
Are you using a router? Yes
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? Yes, and tried port 0 (zero)
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? Yes
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? Yes
What console are you using? PS2
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup: PS2 >Ethernet>Router....PC > Ethernet > Router.
Model numbers of the router, and modem? Zoom 5253 (this is technically a gateway (router/Modem together).
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? The only firewall is the windows firewall, and I do not have an antivirus.
Operating System? Windows 7

Problem description? I worked on this last night till I was able to see games in the LAN lobby on Socom 2. The problem now is that I cannot join those games, I keep getting a Multiplayer Connection Failure error, and the LAN lobby lags up horribly (just navigating the menu is basically impossible) so that I must reset the PS2 in order to be able to navigate the menu again.

I have tried this on two different PC's...one a desktop and one a laptop and I was able to see the games using both but I cannot join games. I have ran out of ideas and I am not sure what the problem is. Is it possible the gateway is giving me problems? Oh and I exchanged the Socom 2 disc, to make sure it wasn't the issue, and it is still doing the exact same thing.

Also note that my network adapter shows Nvidia nForce MCP Networking Adapter on my config page but it shows this weird thing on the user config document.
