Capcom has closed their free server for Monster Hunter for the PS2. I'm wondering if Xlink will be (or even could) step in to fill this void that many MH players now face? |

Well, maybe if somehow, they could redirect the DNAS then 'catch' it so to speak, then act like a medium maybe? That's just my outlook on it.. Now, I don't know if it'd be possible, or if they'd even take the time to do so, but still. |

I understand what you mean exactly. It is technically possible... this has been done with games such as Ragnarok Online and World of Warcraft to make free 'private' servers.
However, you'd need a team of people that actually like MH to give them motivation, and that also have the knowledge to do such a thing.
Bascially, technically possible, however it is difficult. Fat chance of happening. |

yeah the psp can handle mh for sure but.....you just do not get even close to the original mh for ps2. it was more of a challenge and plus it was fun just to run through crowds, not guild halls, CROWDS of players in the town
if there's any way to do it, I'd be more than happy to see if xlink would let me help or let a group of people who love monster hunter actually work together to create the dream again |

Is there any possible way to make a private server for PS2?.
If possible, I appreciate to setup the server for this game and let's play together. |
