Is there a way to add the icon to the right-hand side of the Navigation?

You can use a polyfill function called insertAfter to move elements using JavaScript into the container navigation lives within, I'm at work so I can't see the code at hand.

See the following link which allows you to move elements ahead of other elements instead of before them which insertBefore does.

Ignore the above post, you can't use insertAfter as there is no child elements to append after, download the below example skin which has the code required to insert an extra element.
