I've done all that, but after running bridge.exe, the Microsoft Loopback Adapter never shows up. Also the my Bridge.exe contains different something from the picture in the instructions. Here is what you can see:

Plus, in the Xlink config.>Network Adapter, MS Loopback Adapter doesn't show up. What the problem?
