If you are going through the problem I went through, you are REALLY annoyed with Kai at this point. You have done EVERYTHING the forum has told you- delete the AppData, re-install, you even have port forwarding setup right. That's not the issue. The issue is the installer doesnt like Windows 7 64 bit- at least that is what I have observed. The installer will fail to install ONE critical component- WinPCap. The fix is simple- go to http://www.winpcap.org and install it. After this, everything will be like sunshine and rainbows.
