Configure Kai not loading

Alright, so I've been through all the preliminary steps: (downloaded everything, port forwarded, etc.) but now I'm having a hard time getting Xlink to run. I understand I need to click "Configure Kai" before actually running the program, but when I click on it, it refuses to load the webpage. I've tried it with both Internet Explorer and Chrome to no avail. I assume that my problem is with either my port forwarding or my firewall blocking the page from loading, but I've been through my settings and they seem solid. I've also tried just loading up the program, and I enter my username and password, but then it just does nothing and hangs on a white screen.

I'm using an AT&T Uverse service, if that's relevant, and here's a picture of the port that I opened. Am I missing something?
