i have a pi running weezy and xlink .28. how do i update?
is there a benafit in updating?

i get this error

pi@raspberrypi ~ $ cd ~/kai; sudo ./kaiengine
Config directory: /root/.xlink/
Initializing XLink Kai engine...

Error opening sqlite database /root/.xlink/kai.dat: 14

That problem seems to happen on debian based distros Sad
Run this to fix the error: sudo mkdir /root/.xlink

You need to create the .xlink directory manually.

You will need to change it via command line using the below (without the angled brackets).

Code:
sudo ./kaiengine --orb <ORB NAME HERE>

The active orb names are listed below.

  • ADVANCED_SYDNEY
  • ADVANCED_LONDON
  • ADVANCED_CHICAGO
  • ADVANCED_OTTAWA
