Hi All,
New here and very excited to see some fellas play socom 2. I was wondering why 95% of the time I am getting this "requerying orbital mesh" when connecting to Xlink Kai. I've tried ADVANCED_TORONTO, OTTAWA, LONDON, SYDNEY, CHICAGO. I've looked at the forums and just google searches and have found surprisingly little.
Thanks! |

Hi,
This normally occurs when your router is blocking the port assigned by your engine which communicates with our network, a quick and simple trick to try is changing your Kai Port in your configuration to 0 which will assign a random port that can fix this issue.
Let me know how you go. |

I'm about 100% sure that my port is 0. However, when I go to configure the settings it auto logs me in. How could I change that? |

Solved: Set static IP (after port forwarding 30000) and killed XLink Kai using
task manager before re-opening kai. Also looks like I was connecting to Orbs
that no longer existed. |
