Friend of mine is having frequent disconnection and lag spike problems in games. The thing is, that this was completely fine before. Nothing has changed not even the other users or how many play, nor his connection. He used to be able to connect and play halo 2 and starwars battlefront just fine.
His setup is as follows:
Region: UK
Xlink setup: Crossover cable into xbox and pc (running kai)
ISP: Sky Broadband
speedtest: http://puu.sh/oACNp/542d4ee898.png
pingtest: http://puu.sh/oAD1y/ce944925ff.png
any help or recommendations to combat the lag would be appreciated. |

I'll add you next chance I get a free minute, for the time being though, any suggestions in general he could do to improve connection quality besides the obvious no torrents/downloads while playing? |

I would lean toward someone using his wi-fi or something on his network
is using excess bandwidth. |
