PSP/Vita Not being recognized

First of all: thank you so much to all still caring and attending to our problems!

Is your network reachable?
Yes
Are you using a router?
Yes, Modem-Router: Alcatel_Lucent I-240W-A
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai?
No, but the ports are still aiming to this pc
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP?
Yes, to the pc
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable?
Yes
What console are you using?
PS Vita PCH-1104 (Playing MHF1 so it can be considered a PSP using Ad-Hoc)
Is your console being detected?
No, that's the problem
Brief description of your network setup:
PS Vita > TL-WN722N Wifi Adapter (required drivers installed, PSP Xlink Mode enabled) > PC > Ethernet connection > Alcatel_Lucent I-240W-A
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it?
Norton 360, Firewall allows XlinkKai and TCP/UDP traffic for port 30000
Operating System?
Win 10 Pro 64-Bits
Problem description?

I used to be able to play via Xlink one or two years ago with the same setup, but with Win 7. Now it wont recognize the console.

I have tried both, port 30000, and port 0 with PAT; (both times the network was reachable)
also tried both, automatic, and my specific adapter in the Xlink Netwotrk settings.

I have not touched the web ui port, proxy servers and packet capture engine settings. (It uses Winpcap by default and yes I have winpcap installed)

Have you connected your computer and your PS Vita in Ad-hoc mode?
