Use this video https://youtu.be/qLQWYMPQnr8 and follow every step and dont skip any, this is the longer method which you will enter your IP info manually, it seems to help people who have trouble using the auto way to get their ps2 recognized, which could be a reason for your problem. Also make sure u Are on the correct orb, which currently is Team Xlink HQ or Capital. If one is not working, u can try the other, u do this by rightclicking the xlink icon on the taskbar and then cchoosing the orb u want. Also make sure your UPNP option in your router settings is enabled and put your port to 0 on xlink configuration
