Can't download Xlink. Only 15KB file downloaded

So I basically can't download Xlink from this site:

It literally downloads 15KB of data and that's it. Usually it downloads around 4-5MB... I've tried to click in the "Download Xlink Kai...", I've tried to select the OS and click Download, same results for both, just 15KB downloaded. I've tested with other sites and files, they were ok. Tried with Chrome, Firefox and Opera, same results. Tried to turn off Windows Firewall, same results. Tried to restore the firewall's default settings, same results. Tried to uninstall the browsers and reinstall them, same results. Tried to reset my router, same results. I did everything I could, still can't download Kai.

PS:If someone could make an upload of the .exe and send me a link, I'll be apreciated.

I'm having the same issue. I got it to download ~2mb but it's still not complete as the install fails due to missing files.

i will get all the way to the install part then it tells me something is not readable. try again then it doesnt download the whole file.
