Network Reachable and Console Configured Correctly, but...

No games show up in the Xbox system link search. I have gotten games working successfully a couple times when the console was wired to my laptop (running Windows 10) which was connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, but never with both console and PC connected wirelessly to the same router.

Just to be safe, I tried setting an alternate MAC address on the 360 beginning with 00125A, but no cigar. I have followed the troubleshooter, browsed the forums, YouTube, and FAQ guide but gotten nowhere.

My wireless card is an Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260. It's probably about 3 years old but I don't know how to find out if it supports promiscuous mode. I don't have access to the router configuration, but it is a pretty new Ubee supplied by Time Warner, so I assume it supports Upnp.
