If you get the "Abort Mission Error" when joining a game on SOCOM2 it important to not keep attempting to join this game. The "Abort Mission Error" means you have the SOCOM2 Update file on your memory card and you try to join a room with people who do not have the Update. In this case if you want to play with these people you need to reboot your console without the memory card with the update. It's safe to insert the memory card after the main loading screen.
