I was getting the following error in red at the top of the Edit my Profile screen when I tried to update my XTag:

I could not change anything on my account (XTag, password, age, etc.)

After searching on the forum, I see that some people got this error when trying to change their avatar. I don't have one. I uploaded a new GIF avatar image that is less than 50x50 and saved. I then got a success message and I was then able to update my XTag.
