i want to use an old windows xp computer i have sitting around to run xlink kai so i can play halo. i installed it and the UI opens fine but when i try to open the engine the splash screen appears for a split second than disappears.

also when i type http://127.0.0.1:34522/ into the address bar it says it refused to connect
