XLink Kai Browser Cache Issues

XLink Kai currently has a few issues with various web browsers caching things they should not be doing and causing various oddities. This should be fixed very soon.

If you're affected by this, to fix the following issues, simply clear your browser cache:

- Attempting to log in causes the login box to reappear
- Skins not changing
- Welcome messages in arenas not appearing

If your browser asks you for a password to access the WebUI, delete the file kaiUserConfig.txt located in
