I have tried using the XLink Kai configurator in the engine and waited the 48 hours and my XTag is still not the new tag. And when I go to the main website to change it within the Edit My Profile menus, I get the following error in red text:
Attempt to update the forum failed. Please try again later.
Is there anything that can be done to remedy the issue? All I want is to change my XTag to Josh_7774.

Hi, I'm getting the same problem.
I made an account almost a decade ago and forgot about it until I recently decided to give the service another try and found i already had an account active. I wanted to update my xtag to match my other current online handles, unfortunately i get the same error - "Attempt to update the forum failed. Please try again later."
I haven't been able to find any guides on how to fix it. Please can someone help?
