Auto launch not working

I have been reading around the forums for the last two days but I haven't been able to find an answer to my issue so I decided to post it. I'm currently running the 11-15 build of XBMC but I'm having problems getting the games to run using Kai. Here is what happens:

When I select the Kai program under programs everything seems to be normal. I can see all of the arena's and the different games that are available but when I select to play the game it tells me that it can not auto launch the game because it can't find it even though it's on my hard drive. For a while I thought all of my games were located in F:\Games but they are actually loaded in F:\HDDLoader. I changed my Programs setup for a program called "Games" and set the location at F:\HDDLoader and the depth of 1 and it finds all of my games. I set the default game directory for Kai to the same but I still get the same error message that says it can't find it. After doing some more reading this morning I'm planning on trying to insert the game disc before trying to play the game to see if this works but I will have to wait until I get home later to try. Even if I can play with the disc I would much rather play off the hard drive copy of the game.

Am I missing something here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would try a newer build...11/18 works fine for me...i'm not sure that the AUTO-LAUNCH feature works with the 11-15 build (i could be wrong)...

also, i've read around that the directory pointer is "case-sensitive"...and also make sure you're "slash" is going the right way (common problem)...

I will try and load a new build tonight. I believe that I do have the directory correct as "F:\HDDLoader". I also tried to add an additional "\" on the end of the directory but that didn't work either. I assume that the fact I can see all of the rooms online that everything else is working but I could be wrong about that too.
