You're using a port forward on 30000 UDP, but you haven't put it into the Kai Config Tool under Kai Port.

With Sygate, follow the instructions set out in this thread

Just to make sure,

Do I need to set the XBOX to Static IP (0.0.0.1)?
Or do I leave it as it is at DHCP dynamic IP?

Dontt worry about networking the XBox, it's irrelevant (unless you want to get XBMC working and stuff, in that case you would have already networked your XBox).

Remove the portforward from the router, and put Kai Port back to 0 in the Kai Config. Tool.

You didn't mention anythign about updating Sygate though?

Update: User did not respond within 5 days. Setting to Problem Solved.
