port forwarding? games not showing..

XLink Kai works fine, i see arenas, users, my game loads and everything everything is fine until i get into the game and it doesn't games to join. Happens with multiple games...so my guess is that it's port forwarding related. any help would be apprecaited!

I've been searching all over for the answer to this...

Xbox IP: 192.168.11.6
Computer: 192.168.11.2
Default gateway: 192.168.11.1

I made the mistake of buying a buffalo router and the support for it is slim. Here is the page i found with information.
