Kailaunch.exe blah blah blah needs to close etc. etc.. i close that and i get the old luanher crash about now mssg. i close the window in back and hit ok kai restarts and update goes and i reopen and the cycle starts i del my contacts and its a no go any one know a fix
i am running win xp

it work the frist day but the next when i re opened it thr cycle of crashes began

what have you tried to fix it thus far?
uninstall, reboot, and reinstall...see if that helps
