Is your network reachable? Yes
Are you using a port-forward? Yes
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup: Netgear RP114 router, ZyXEL Prestige 600 series modem, PC and XBOX connected to router seperatly. (I tried to be brief)
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? No firewall known.
Operating System? WindowsXP Pro + SP1
Problem description? I find arenas on XLink on both PC and XBOX (using XBMC), on all games. Console is detected, and everything seems to be fine. But there are no games available on XBOX in System Link, for example in Halo 2. Tried on different games, and this is starting to get annoying. I also tried different setups, recommended on this forum and in the XLink FAQ. Nothing seems to work. Am I doing something wrong when I start the game? On the XBOX, I choose an Arena on XLink and then press play. Game starts, and no games are found on system link; I can only Set Up games. I can neither host games.

So you are using XBMC then to connect? Does it work from the PC at all? Have you ever been able to play a game on XLink Kai?

It's an issue with the Zyxel setup. Have you got it in bridged mode? I'm no expert with the Zyxel's, and they are stubborn as a mule. Been trying for the hours and hours with some other guy (SeaWolf69) to get his DLink and Zyxel Prestige 645 working..

It's the same thing on the PC as on the XBOX. I can see arenas and so on, but I can't see/join them on the XBOX. I have never been able to join games.
I tried XBConnect today, and it works fine. I have tried the XBC ports on XLink, but that doesn't change anything. I guess I have to live with it then, and try with XLink some other time. Thanks for your time.

It's not an issue with the ports as network reachable = yes. I'm curious if you have the same problem as the other guy I was trying to help. To find out if it is indeed the same problem, try playing someone in Messenger Mode (add each other as contacts).

If it works there, but not in Arena mode, we might have a problem on our end that might need fixing.

Update: User did not respond within 5 days. Setting to Problem Solved.
