Which XBox are you playing with? The one that goes to the switch with the PC? In the Kai Config Tool choose the actual NIC instead of Autodetect and Lock.
Also, what's the model of that switch and router? |

Is your network reachable? Yes
Are you using a port-forward? No, worked fine at first
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup:
1 Xbox and 1 PC to switch to Router to Internet
2 PC's to router to internet
1 Xbox to router to internet
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? XP firewall, but have had no problems with it
Operating System? XP
Problem description? My 3 computers will have limited or no internet connection. Kai will stay connected after this for minutes and sometimes longer and sometimes AIM also (as long as it was connected before dissconection occurs), but other than that there is nothing. Sometimes when this happens my main computer will display an message at the bottom of the screen saying there is duplicate IP's on the network (not true) or something of the sort. This didnt start happening till the second day of trying to run Kai, now it will always happen. I have to reset my cable modem to fix the internet problem. Tried using different combonations of PC's running xlink and xbox's, no help

both xbox's had been used, both produced the same problems. The switch is a Gigafast z400s (i think) and the router is a Netgear MR814 |

If possible, can you try it with just Router -> (PC + XBox) bypassing the switch on the network completely? Also, did you change the network adapter in the Kai Config Tool? You made no mention if you did or not..
*EDIT* No reply in couple of days, assuming problem is solved |
