I've been hanging here most of the day and you'd be amazed at how many people are having these problems. I truly believe that to keep people here when they get here they should be the first priority At least in halo where half the users are.
-Major port problems, most of them on the chat have this problem and don't know how to work a router so i've been referring them to port magic and it works every time. Symptoms that have been fixed by this include: not seeing games, not seeing xbox, user's xbox appears to be establishing.....no ping visible
-Setting a user limit on a room makes it appear full so you can't join, this is big as people set up rooms and nobody joins, so they give up
-Kicking Users from room causes a Will Robinson- again, if you were lucky enough to enter no user limit in the room , then when you try to kick out a high ping, you get a will robinson
-Pm notification almost impossible to see, since very few people answer to chat, the only way to try and build a community is through pms, but nobody can see it
-Getting stuck in Messenger mode- I found a work-around; click performance, then add user, but for everyone else this requires to reload kai
I hope these come in the fix tonight, I can't type fast enough for some people's attention span, they drop in, try to find a game, then when they can't see one they leave. |

One more minor complaint, when the chat window is full, each new entry automatically scrolls you back to the top of the chat window instead of the bottom where the message appears. |

If they read the FAQ about port-forwarding, they'd see I've linked to port-forward.com which has a step-by-step guide for almost every router out there.
We'll take the other's on board... |
