a little help please

hello all i was hoping someone could help, i am using kai through xbox media center now i select kai in xbmc and get to the arenas section and hit play wich loads the game from my hd, then i go into system-link and i only generally have 1 or 2 games on my screen, now out of the 500+ users on halo 2 im pretty sure more then 2 games are available, so i was wondering if i missed a setting somewhere or am i doing something wrong but this happens with all my games thanks

well if u can see games and join them, then it is working. It just might be people are not hosting in the main arena. Or you joined a private arena, where this is usually just one host.

You're not missing any settings. A lot of Halo 2 players are using private arenas because they can put a description. Lots of people were hosting in the main arena on crap connections pretending they were on superduper connections and just lagged everyone out. Private arenas at least can hopefully tell other users the upload bandwidth, or location, or gametype. That's what descriptions are there for, and with so many people wanting to play Halo 2, that's why there's so many more private arenas in the Halo 2 arena than anywhere else in Kai's short history..
