Halo or Rainbowsix?

Halo

I used to have RS3, but I couldn't really get into it... It was fun, but just not my thing Smile

I'm supporting halo but I think R6 3 will win in the end...

Halo does not compare to Rainbox Six 3 in terms of tactics, being able to actually talk to your teammates, trash talk between rounds, LAG, etc...until Halo 2 comes out, well that may be a different story.

I take it you dont play much Halo lan then..... Tactics is a very big part of Halo when you are playing with a friend together on Lan or xlink etc and ofcourse your going to talk to them as well and Lag isnt always an issue.

yes, got my start from halo lan parties, that's how i learned about xlink. of course if someone is in the same house they can talk, but this is about playing online, no?

you just cant compare it, rb6 wins hands down.

that is why you see halo 2 implementing voice...its another level, that's why rb6 grew so big so fast.

I know I agree with your points but what im going to useing xlink for is playing other people over the internet with my friends which allow my points to apply.

If i didnt have a friend over you would be totally right.

Yeah, the:one, tactice is huge in Halo - if someone could snipe headshots everytime with no prob, someone with a poor shot and amazing strats will own the sniper every time. imo Halo's 80% strategy/teamwork 20% shooting...

But each to their own on the 'which is better' discussion Very Happy

I keep looking at the M.A.P maps and I want RS3 again Sad

They look better then the official ones that I can remember from back when I had it imo, looks like I might have to rent it sometime...

its somewhat surprising however, given the numbers of halo playerz online. but here its quality (rb6) over quantity (halo). i will probably be singing a differnt tune once h2 rolls out

Halo was GREAT. It's just outdated now and it wasn't designed for online play. RS3 was. Halo 2 will be a diffrent story. I don't think any other game will be getting any play for a long time once 2 drops!
