Why does my IP change (in XBOX)on KAI launch

it changes and internet on the is nolonger accessible, I dont use router.
In xbox I use DHCP

Didnt have ant probs with kai 6

i get that to happen sometimes too (in avalaunch)
its like my xbox is getting kicked off my home lan
but kai works fine regardless
and eventually (once i quit kai) i get my home lan connectivity back

Could a moderator respond to this... I've been searching for a solution for this.
There might be something in these forums I missed. If anyone knows of a topic that covers this could you please refer me to it? Or if it is a known issue refer me to which one of the known issues covers this?

It happend to me but I do have a router so i dont know if this will help much

td has a dhcp server in kai. more can be found in some other posts about it.

read up on any dhcp issues in the networking help section, or general help section.
