The IP of the PC that runs the Kai Engine. It should autodetect it, but if it doesn't, put it in manually. ie. 192.168.1.102 = my PC that runs Kai.

If you xbox is hooked up directly to your cable modem, how does the xbox talk to the Kai engine that needs to be running?

No, I mean. If his XBox is directly connected to the cablemodem with no routers in between, there's not way to also access a Kai Engine that needs to be running locally on his network somewhere. The lack of a Kai engine running is why he's not able to connect.

Yeah Dadex You are right!I cant connect to my pc! Embarassed
I thought the built-in Kai in XBMC was for direct connectivity to the kai without any pc in the middle!

I sure hope they make the next version of XBMC as such that i would'nt need a pc in the middle!

Learn how the XBox works before asking things like this. XBox is not a multi-tasking platform. It is almost quite impossible to take the PC out of the equation (unless you use a WRT54G + KaiStation Wink)
