Doom 3 should have syslink co-op mode!

Just seen an interview with th main developer for the xbox doom 3 port.

Anyway he was goin on about all the new bits that have been added to the port, and how its MORE than a port, blah blah blah then he says it will have co-op mode over Live! and then he says AND Syslink Smile

Nice eh, just hope its true unlike the Halo 2 big fat lie Cool

pleease, I want Doom 3 co-op over Sys Link! That'd be one more of the few games that support co-op over Sys Link.

It was on GamerTV if you have UK cable/satalite its on Bravo around 5pm every day, they normally do repeats so keep a look out Wink

Yeah that would be pretty cool if it's true, but I could see those idiots only adding it to Xbox Live and not system link just for the fact that they want people to purchase live, fucking fags. Marketing schemes are ridiculous, developers are more concerned about making money than making the gamer happy at a free-cost level, hence Kai was born out of those schemes. Muwhahahahahahhahaha. According to EBGames it ships on Feb 1. I'm guessing that EB would have the most accurate info since they're offering it for preorder already along with a ship date.

Well, I wouldn't count on EBGames. They had 5 or 6 different ship dates for Halo 2. They just take a guess based on the info that they have.

I have Doom 3 for my computer, run great.... but i never play it. I played it for a week then stoped. I'm not much of a PC gamer...... So This comming to xbow will be great.

It's true that they had multiple ship dates for Halo 2, but I'm pretty sure that whatever info they have to make that sort of a guess would be at least as good as any other info available since the ship date would matter the most to them.
