Cap cheats. Was sniping from ON TOP OF the building with the blue stream. Can't get up there. Saw him jump extremely high, no way it was anything but cheating.

maybe you should be more specific like what map? Are you sure he didn't use the banshee to get up there?

Yep be more specific, is 'cap' his xtag? And the rest which destruction asked you for.
And ofcourse if there are more witnesses of him cheating.
