PUT THE BBA UNDER the cube you have to off a lid! then connect a ethernet cable into the bba then get a rounter put the other end of the ethernet cord into the router and then put the ethernet cable from your net box ( dsl or cable) in the rounter and then another ehternet cable from your pc to the router ! Hard to under stand when you don't know alot abotu computers and stuff well i was like you a year ago not even knowing what ping was and what lagg was and what ip was! But if you need help go here http://www.warppipe.com/gettingstarted/network_setup.html

NO. Broadband adapter is for BROADBAND. That is, Cable or DSL connection. Phone line requires a Modem adapter. Also, phone line internet is sloooooow. |

Broadband Adapter=Cable DSL T1 or better
Modem Adapter = 56k or worse.
LAN games will not work with the Modem adapter. You can still play on a dial up but its really REALLY freakin slow. ( not able to finish a race slow) Get the BBA and if you are planning to get cable or dsl or atending college then you could play with out any problems Hope you can get things worked out to race. Ill race ya... and ill win too j/k |
