Can i use Xlink kai to play pc games as well as xbox games?

No you can't use it for pc games. It clearly says Xbox, ps2 and gc only

Why on earth would you need a tunnelling application for PC games. PC games that can be played online already have that sorta capability built in them. Even Quake has it Confused
