how do i send a PM to someone?
how can i see my PMs?

On your buddy list, when someone's online, they have a few little icons near their name, like this:
Click the Speech Bubble one, and a little window will appear at the bottom left of Kai. Type in the small box and send the message, and the person who recieved the message will be alerted (I think you get a message in the main chat window, and also the speech bubble icon will flash). The you can both chat back and forth in the PM window
