Using your HDD instead of Original CD in XBMC / Kai ??

Today is a magic day, my Kai is working a treat only drama when i join a game and go to play it doesnt find my f:\games directoy

my xbox detects the kai no drama finds friends, arena's, games etc etc

i need some info on how to point my kai to my games directory

Note to self: change xbox ip and (save & exit) thus not resetting ala brain dead and no kai working (today is a new day)

Do you have sub-dirs in F:\Games ie. F:\Games\Sports\?

If so it won't work, unless runtime decides to implement users to specify the amount of levels they want to have XBMC look in.

I don't have a problem moving back to this type of layout, but if runtime's taking votes, count me in for this. Cool

games directory

my games are f:/hddloader/pxgame4 (games from 0-7)

this is how my Box guru set it up, can i not point it in that direction for each game i want to play ??

is there a dead simple way to solve this ??

It's F:\hddloader then if your games are in F:\hddloader\pxgame0\, F:\hddloader\pxgame1\, F:\hddloader\pxgame2\, F:\hddloader\pxgame3\ etc..

So put F:\hddloader with no trailing backslash.
