Does anyone knows how to config a us robotics router to be able to play KAI on xbox system??

I used ports 30000 and / or 8602 (xbc) but i think they doesn't work, or i screw up the configuration. If KAI UI is started, it finds my xbox (says: xbox confighured succesfully) and everything is fine, but Network Reachable' reports as 'Not yet..'.

When i start XBMC i do see the servers but when i hit 'Play' .the same error ("XBMC is unable to detect your network reachable")

How do i correctly port-forwarded this with a US robotics. Can't find this on the website.

Anyone????

Thx.!

what website? the xlink website?

you should look into the US Robotics website instead (if they have one). or www.portforward.com. your users manual for the router would be helpful too i think.

I did correctly port-forwarded the router, but it stil doesn't find my network.

KAI UI says that my xbox is configured succesfully, but that the network is not yet reachable.

I can see peaople and arenas but when i want to join, the same error.

Does anyone knows a solution to this prob? or where i can find more info?

I had no probs with joining with XBConnect.

Is there a way to do this without a PC, like having the KAI engine on the xbox self?

If you've never got it working via the PC, why are you using XBMC then? XBMC is just a UI - nothing more.

If you've port-forwarded, did you put the port in Kai Port in the Kai Config Tool?

yep, i did exactly wats in the user guides.

I ment with gaming online just with the xbox and no pc at all.
The xbox is connected to the internet, just like the PC. So why don't they integrate the KAI engine in XBMC? so we don't need to use the pc to function as the engine. I tought it was possible.

I find KAI much better than XBC (if it works). The UI of KAI is also within XBMC, so why isn't the engine?

XBC - u have to use the pc to change the servers etc... KAI does it from the console.

But i still haven't got KAI fully worked. When using XBC i can join and host. But when i host, nobody can join me. Maybe this is the same problem with KAI. But where ?

I still trying.

So what happens to the engine when you load your game / exit XBMC - does it still run? Of course not. There's your answer right there.
