i got a pal ps2 can i play socom2 against ntsc users? want to test my skills against american socom2 users

muhahahahaha lol very funny what i didnt mentioned is that i got ntsc verson of ps2 just didnt want to tell.ive played ntsc socom1 and 2 since day 1 but had to buy myself the pal verson to beause its better..... ill be looking for you knowledge then we can play a 1 vs 1.ill show you how to play socom2 and correct you when your doing stupid things like stepping on your own mines,killing all the hostages and falling down a montain while im chasing you with my bestfriend M14 FEEL THE WRATH OF MY FURY WHEN DEATH IS COMING FOR YOU MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
