found a bug .. i think ..

k lemme see if i can explain this right .. i have a system link setup all over my house, usually 2 xboxs .. last night my friend brought over his xbox to get some emulators from me so i plugged it in to my network along with the other 2 boxs .. upon doing this KAI Performance shows 2 xboxs failed to autoconfig which is fine as i was transfering emus between the 2 , see the problem? .. where is the 3rd xbox ? i was not able to see the xbox in KAI even tho i could clearly ping/ftp whatever into the 3rd xbox.. KAI also spewed out i'd say 8 or 9 xboxs under the performance tab , some failed some ok, none work .. i restarted everything short of the 2 boxs transfering with still nothing as far as the 3rd box and still more ghost boxs .. as soon as i turned off one of the other boxs on my network everything came up fine and i was off to the races again .. odd i know, but i thought i should share it .. thanx .. great app guys :]

weird, was they all on the same subnet?

also i wonder if FTPing betwwen the boxes while you had kai open had anything to do with it.

ya that is my guess with the not seeing one of the boxes too

as for the MAC thing i have had the same thing happen, ill see what i can find out.

i just figured it was my funky network setup and never really looked into it Smile

ya they are all on the same subnet .. one of the boxs was in evox and the other in xboxtoolbox for the transfer .. i'll see if i can try it tonight where all 3 are looking for a game, or just system link across my network ..
