Honestly though...we tried this at our website and it starts off fun and intended for fun, but it quickly gets out of control and becomes personal. It's not a good idea in my opinion.

I think if there is a problem you should talk to your team lead or clan if you belong to one.
Maybe a friend who can just listen while you flame if its just "shit" you need to get off of your chest even just playing the game.
There is already far too much "flaming" going around as it is. This will enable less shit talk and gossip. Although, you will still get the regulars out there if might save you from BS that was never wanted. Very Happy
