Well, my xbox live subscription just ran out and I didn't feel like shelling out the 50 bucks to renew it. Anyways, having played on live w/ splinter cell, I have the patch. Just wondering if anyone played on xlink w/ a patched splinter cell. I'd delete my profile to get rid of it, but I think that would delete the new maps I dl'ed too. |

modded box?
you can just go in and rename the savegame folder in TDATA for SCPT
then play on xlink, and when you get live back just do the same thing again and name it back to the way it was.
if it's not modded via modchip/tsop you can always use the softmod method with 007, MA, or SC |

I do have a modded box, and I didn't know you could do that. I'll try it out. Thx! |

um, this may be a stupid question, but what's the folder called? They're all in hexadecimal values, not named after the games. |

I believe if you grab the windows XBox Saves Game Manager, and read from the XBox HDD, then right click and check properties of the actual game, it'll tell you it's real location (the game saves manager will actually say the name of the game).

Actually, just checked myself. All you have to do is hover over the game name.
SCPT's identifier is 55530019. |
